How do I replace a missing card from my deck?

If you’ve just opened one of Colette Baron-Reid’s oracle decks and noticed a card is missing—don’t worry. This can occasionally happen, while rare, we know how important every card is to your practice.

We’re happy to send you a replacement card, free of charge.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Submit a support request via our contact form or email us directly.

  2. Include the following details:

    • Your full name

    • Your mailing address

    • The product name (e.g., Spirit Animal Pocket, Wisdom of the Oracle Divination)

    • A short note about the missing card (e.g., “Card #33 is missing from my Mystical Shaman Oracle deck.”)

We’ll get your missing card to you as soon as possible so your deck can feel whole again—and you can get back to connecting with the guidance that’s ready and waiting.
